The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic and the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in New Delhi invite Slovak companies to a business mission to India (cities of Delhi and Kolkata) on 16. – 21. march 2025 . The mission takes place within the framework of the official visit of the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic J. Blanár to India and offers a unique opportunity for Slovak business entities to present their services, products and establish valuable contacts on the Indian market. The aim of the mission is also to present Slovakia as an attractive investment destination.

Slovak companies focusing on sectors outside the above mentioned sectors with the potential to develop their business in the Indian market can also apply for the business mission. The condition is that in the registration form they should indicate ongoing or agreed activities with Indian partners and a vision of future cooperation. PROGRAMME Draft programme for the business delegation: 16.3. arrival in Delhi, evening networking 17.3. informal meeting of the Minister with entrepreneurs, visits and negotiations with Indian companies 18.3. Slovak Technologies and Innovation Day (B2B negotiations) 19.3. visits to Indian companies or individual programme (evening transfer from Delhi to Kolkata) 20.3. business forum in Kolkata (B2B negotiations) 21.3. departure to Bratislava (or earlier departure on 20.3.) Transportation:
- By air – by government special at your own expense
- Ticket price will be communicated additionally
Accommodation and food:
- Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Delhi will provide recommendations for hotels
- Each participant is responsible for his/her own accommodation
Other costs:
- Insurance, meals and transport beyond the agreement at own expense
- Ticket for government special
- In the event of the need to pay for shared transport, a participation fee will be charged, which we will inform you about in advance

Due to limited capacity, the organisers reserve the right to select mission participants taking into account the sectoral focus and profile of the participant, his/her track record and potential in the territory. In case you are unable to avail the services of a government special due to capacity constraints, you can travel to India by commercial air and join the business mission on the spot. All registered participants will be informed of their inclusion or non-inclusion in the business delegation.
