The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency is pleased to invite Slovak micro, small and medium-sized enterprises based in the Slovak Republic to present themselves at the national booth at the China International Consumer Products Expo 2025 (CICPE) , which will take place from 13. to 18. April 2025 in China.
This activity is implemented by the SARIO Agency within the national project Support for the internationalisation of SMEs 2, supported by the Operational Programme Slovakia, priority 1P1, specific objective RSO 1.3, measure 1.3.2, focused on the internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The target group is Slovak micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that duly fill in the registration form with all the required formalities and annexes.
CICPE is the largest consumer and food goods fair in the Asia-Pacific region, held in Hainan Province. The event will showcase a wide range of new, unique and specialty consumer goods from around the world. The Expo brings together renowned manufacturers, global buyers and sellers to focus on new product launches, international fashion weeks and other innovative activities. It is an ideal platform for developing business opportunities and creating new partnerships.
The aim of the participation of Slovak companies in the joint national exposition is the opportunity to present their business activities and to introduce the range of their products to foreign partners, as well as to establish business contacts with the aim of concluding business contracts and exporting products abroad.

The SARIO Agency will cover the costs of direct support for the participation of Slovak companies at the China International Consumer Products Expo 2025:
- for the construction of a joint exhibition (rental of space, construction of a stand and technical connections)
- compulsory registration fee to the exhibition centre for each exhibitor
- basic entry into the exhibitors’ catalogue issued by the foreign organiser, production and entry into the exhibitors’ catalogue of participating Slovak companies
Participating Slovak companies pay individually for:
- the costs of their seconded representatives (travel, subsistence, accommodation)
- costs associated with extra requirements.
Priority for inclusion in the joint exposition is given to companies whose business activity is related to the focus of the fair and at the same time exhibiting for the first time within the national exposition.

Depending on the size of the rented space, participation in the joint exhibition is limited to a maximum of 10 Slovak co-exhibitors. Therefore, in addition to meeting the conditions for participation in the SME Support Scheme in the Slovak Republic, the date and time of the duly completed and accepted registration of the exhibitor determines the participation.
The selection of SMEs for the event will be subject to the rules of the SARIO national project ‘Support for the internationalisation of SMEs 2’. In the event of capacity being reached before the registration expires, SARIO reserves the right to terminate the registration early.
SARIO reserves the right to cancel the event due to low interest or other circumstances that would make the event unfeasible.
