The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency is pleased to invite Slovak micro, small and medium-sized enterprises based in the Slovak Republic to make a presentation at its national stand at the Middle East Energy 2025 International Energy and Electrical Engineering Fair, which will take place on 07 – 09 April 2025 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The aim of the participation of Slovak companies in the joint national exposition is the opportunity to present their business activities and to introduce to foreign partners the range of their products, as well as to establish business contacts with the aim of concluding business contracts and exporting products abroad. Middle East Energy Dubai 2025 is one of the most important trade fairs of its kind in the region and covers a range of technologies and electrical equipment for the energy, manufacturing, construction, transport and urban facilities sectors. It is also the main meeting point for professionals and experts in the electrical industry, making it a platform for manufacturers, suppliers and consumers of electrical and energy equipment and machinery.

All additional information about the fair can be found at oficiálnej stránke podujatia. Agentúra SARIO v rámci priamej podpory účasti slovenských spoločností na veľtrhu Middle East Energy Dubai 2025 uhradí náklady:
- for the construction of a joint exhibition (rental of space, construction of a stand and technical connections)
- transport of exhibits and promotional materials
- refreshments within the exhibition
- compulsory registration fee to the exhibition centre for each exhibitor
- basic entry in the exhibitors’ catalogue issued by the foreign organiser
- production and entry into the exhibitor catalogue of participating Slovak companies
Participating Slovak companies pay individually for:
- the costs of their seconded representatives (travel, subsistence, accommodation)
- costs related to extra requirements
Depending on the size of the rented area (90m2), participation in the joint exhibition is limited to a maximum of 9 Slovak co-exhibitors. Therefore, in addition to meeting the conditions for participation in the SME Support Scheme in Slovakia, the date and time of duly completed and accepted registration of the exhibitor determines the participation. Presentation space for one exhibitor is up to 10 m2. Priority for inclusion in the joint exhibition is given to companies whose business activity is related to the focus of the fair and at the same time exhibiting for the first time within the national exhibition.
